I remember a quotation in my urban Geography class that read ‘ Migrants do not move to empty destination but towards better opportunities’ Meaning before a journey begins we all set goals either specific or still to be defined but, what is certain is that the quest for some better ending is always assured, Nevertheless boiling down to details like, the satisfaction one will want to get out of a glass of water when thirsty, a plate of dessert, etc. points out this certainty of aspirations either consciously or unconsciously.
What does Narcissism or masturbation has to do destinations or goals?, Narcissism which I will call it rather materialistic describes the trait of excessive self-love, based on self-image or ego. We can say on the other hand that eating describes the trait of excessive taste-love based on hunger or gloat. One may herewith associate the description of masturbation and Narcissism with the difference that Masturbation is not materialistic that is it not based on ego, on same dimension as deriving pleasure or pleasing one self with sophisticated perfumes, outfits and jewelry or strolling in crowed parks ; Narcissism being the kind of self love that is practice in the open. Masturbation is the kind that is done on secrecy there is no need for perfumes and clothing the individual finds much pleasure being alone in a quite room and feeling his own body odor or form. The endpoint in both struggle and play is self satisfaction or at times confusion.
Going back to the term Narcissism it is a word derived from the Greek mythology of Narcissus. Narcissus was a handsome Greek youth who rejected the desperate advances of the nymph Echo. As punishment, he was doomed to fall in love with his own reflection in a pool of water. Unable to consummate his love, Narcissus pined away and changed into the flower that bears his name, the narcissus. The difference to be derived here can be depicted in the elaboration of the word Metrosexual
In 1994, in the British Newspaper The Independent journalist Mark Simpson first coined the term "Metrosexual".
In 2002 he went on to further define the term:
"Well, perhaps it takes one to know one, but to determine a metrosexual, all you have to do is look at them. In fact, if you're looking at them, they're almost certainly metrosexual. The typical metrosexual is a young man with money to spend, living in or within easy reach of a metropolis -- because that's where all the best shops, clubs, gyms and hairdressers are. He might be officially gay, straight or bisexual, but this is utterly immaterial because he has clearly taken himself as his own love object and pleasure as his sexual preference. Particular professions, such as modeling, waiting tables, media, pop music and, nowadays, sport, seem to attract them but, truth be told, like male vanity products and herpes, they're pretty much everywhere."[
The term greatly metrosexual discribing Narcissism increased in popularity following Simpson's 2002 Salon.com article "Meet the metrosexual",
which identified David Beckham as the metrosexual poster boy. The advertising agency Euro RCSG Worldwide adopted the term shortly thereafter for a marketing study, and the New York Times published a Sunday feature, "Metrosexuals Come Out"; the story trickled into local news outlets across North America.
When men talk about sex freely and dress in a seducing manner in other to attract the attention of others and so to please them self . Some will never utter a word about their sexual orientation but dress in a manner of seduction in other to attract the appeal of their own body there harness this thoughts within them all day long and keep a smile on their lips this feelings get to a level that when evening begins to approach the do all to distance themselves from anything be it human or material and all there crave for is solitude at this point another personality begins to impose itself internally and the desire to touch and caress the body becomes uncontrollable he/she becomes repulsive to anything external except his/her own body. You can notice this single lady or man hurrying down the street after work she gets inside her room fasten all the locks behind her , unmindful of what ever fragile or precious item she might be holding she drops everything on the flour and tore off her/his dresses and gets to that habitual position where she can best touch and feel her body.
When a man or lady walks all across the streets wet not because he/has seen some erotic pictures or because of some opposite/same sex attraction you will ask is it not a way of defying the laws of attraction. Something was not adding up when I again read this article which read

This words seems so convincing but there do not match up because reproduction can never be termed old fashion and heterosexuals also become wet on the streets when there think of their wifes/husbands. I know of many men who only started to dress well when there got married and had a wife at home who for the sake of their personality or love will not allow their husbands to get out of home in the morning with a dirty shirt or torn pants? On the other hand when you depict the elegance in dressing and the choice of perfume, lipstick and jewelry of a beautiful young married lady who is doing all to distract his handsome husband from the seduction of other ladies of her class then you will understand what an advertiser’s walking wet dream is.
There are some that adorn or lavish their bodies with all that opulence can offer yet the impact is thrown on empty destinations ( parks, metros, etc) focusing on a passersby with no occurring returns to the bearer, there are others who adorn or lavish their bodies with the essentials that their opulence can offer with the impact thrown on a targeted object a better opportunity( beds, room, kitchen etc) focusing on a husband, wife, partner with an immediate increasing returns.
